John is a longtime area resident, having lived in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex for more than 20 years, including more than 12 in Dallas. He has built a formidable skill set throughout his professional career. An alumnus of Tuskegee University, where he majored in business administration, he has more than 20 years of sales and management experience. The skills he gained from commission sales, marketing, and customer service all apply as a real estate professional.
John was interested in a career as a real estate professional as far back as eighth grade when he chose to attend Career Day as a real estate agent! But since his formal entry into the industry, he’s cultivated years of experience, in which he has learned the ins and outs of guiding first-time homebuyers while knowing the market well enough to steer investors to the perfect distressed property or providing help in the REO market. He’s been through it all before. Honesty, integrity, faith, and respect are personal and professional values that drive him as he builds relationships and helps clients achieve their dreams of owning a home. He’s equally at ease with first-time buyers, investors, renters, and veterans. He is even Veterans Affairs certified.
In his spare time, John volunteers with his local church organization. When time permits, he also likes to golf, play basketball, and travel. Best of all, he loves spending time with his wife, their three children, and three grandchildren, who call him “Papa John.”
