Meet Aneice

Becoming a Realtor® seemed inevitable for Aneice Dixon. Real estate has been her family’s business for generations. Her grandmother purchased properties to ensure her children had homes. After Aneice received her real estate license, her aunt, a real estate investor, gave Aneice her first opportunity to manage several properties. Prior to becoming licensed, Aneice worked for the Environmental Protection Agency and an architecture firm, where she dealt with contracts and permit processes, so she has seen real estate from all sides of a transaction.

 

Originally from Oakland, California, Aneice lived in Sacramento for a time before moving to Houston in 2016. She enjoys working with all types of clients, from first-time buyers to experienced investors. It’s rewarding for her to empower a buyer with knowledge that enables them to create generational wealth — as her grandmother once did for her family.

 

Throughout all real estate processes, Aneice’s core values of integrity, honesty, and hard work drive her professionally and personally. Her career is sustained by her passion to help build and sustain communities, and a sincere belief that everyone deserves a safe home in a community they love.

 

In her spare time, Aneice enjoys gardening, reading, and cooking.
